What could you do?

The chain reaction of kindness keeps growing. This message was sent out this week to parents of a preschool class.

What could your group do?

*************

I like for our class to participate in different community service projects….sometimes they are personal.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago and we spent each day of June and July at the Cancer Center for his treatment. He received a card last week from The Cancer Card Xchange. Inside the card were gift cards with a note saying "We hope this gift brightens your day." Needless to say, it surely did.

Most of us have gift cards we have received and have not yet used. If you have any, we would appreciate you sending them in so we can get them to The Cancer Card Xchange. This is a great opportunity for you to discuss helping others with your kids and we also will talk to our class about helping. Cards can be bought and sent in too. All donations go 100% to cancer patients.

I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I can tell you how much it meant to Greg and me to be thought of by strangers who took the time to help.

Annie
